Coming from a Fine Art background, I had the chance to go to many art museums and galleries for academic purposes. However, I personally had a bad experience with current art browsing products in the market.

Marshall is a busy digital artist who needs to browse information with simplified steps because an easy-to-use app will potentially increase her interest and visit more galleries.

“I’m always working, this makes appreciate the moments I can slow down even more”
Mark is a Data Scientist working in a competitive firm with a tight schedule during weekdays but likes to enjoy his weekend fully. He wants to go to museums and galleries with his friends to take artsy Instagram photos on the weekend and always needs to order ahead on weekdays. With the working pressure, the hassle of buying ticket switching from one app to another platform can interrupts his mood and sometimes gives up purchasing tickets.

After rounds of user research and user interview, I decided on a general direction to optimize browsing experiences for users, provide easy to follow steps from browsing to purchasing tickets.
